An incredible transformation took this existing rural home and made it relevant for a young family with four children. The success of the project started with extensive modification to the floor plan. The primary living area and master suite was intentionally kept on the main floor and connected to the lower level and bedrooms with a secondary internal staircase.  With the addition of a new squash-court & gym, the total footprint was increased without hindering the appropriate ratios of comfort and scale – this being a priority which was established from the onset by the Client. 

The vision of an open and airy palette was realized with high quality and textural finishes, the addition of a vaulted ceiling and new expansive windows which showcase the views on every side of the property. Custom features include concrete fireplaces and vanities and purposefully considered millwork throughout.
