The Pomeroy Lodge, a boutique hotel nestled at the base of Alberta's Rockies, approached us to design an engaging, interactive shopping experience. Natural materials, warm wood and soft lighting create a neutral backdrop that lets the products shine, while an intentional layout and a variety of displays encourage visitors to wander about and browse through the wares.

The beautiful Pomeroy Lodge is located in the heart of Kananaskis. Holland Design was engaged to re-work the concept of their existing gift shop to align it with the hotel’s recent renovations and to better represent the new brand and clientele.

Within the 700 sq ft floor plate, the design was established to house carefully procured local artisan items including apparel, jewellery and kids attire. The moody palette and use of warm woods celebrate hotel’s nordic culture and create an inviting space for patrons to enjoy.
