Holland worked with the Home owner of this inner city property to enhance its modern appeal with cosmetic upgrades. An unused upper bedroom was converted to a functional office complete with glass railings and custom perimeter shelving. Additionally, Holland assisted with complete furniture procurement and artwork selection featuring pieces by Canadian artist Bradley Harms.
