Chartwell Eau Claire Care Residence

Holland had the opportunity to work with Chartwell Care Residences on the renovation of their Eau Claire location in Calgary. The success of the project was built on a complete layout change which encouraged residents to more comfortably socialize and interact. Additionally, a new centralized path of travel was designed to connect the main floor to an outdoor space which allowed for more natural light throughout. Areas in scope included: the reception and lobby, a library, theatre-room, salon, and all administrative space.

Amidst the global pandemic, Holland worked closely with the contractor (BLT Construction) to ensure a safe and successful worksite which brought this project across the finish line in 2020.
