Holland worked with the nationally acclaimed recruitment agency - The David Aplin Group, to relocate their Edmonton based headquarters. Holland‘s first step was to identify and develop relevant programming requirements which ultimately informed the search for a new space. 

With traditional recruitment methods challenged by the Covid-19 pandemic, the office was developed to reinstate connection for both internal and external communications. This was achieved through strategic layout, the integration of technology and an attractive staff room to encourage social interaction and gathering amongst staff.
