With a portfolio of high-end clientele, Raymond James was looking to create a welcoming and relatable environment for their new office space. The floor plan offers a Client specific area off of reception complete with several meeting rooms. Further into the space is the designated staff area equipped with a high-end kitchen and theatre room integrated to promote staff engagement and social gatherings.        

The Client’s programming required special attention to preventing sound transmission.  Acoustically rated demountable partitions, sound dampening flooring and thoughtfully placed felt art pieces were used strategically to ensure internal confidentiality while maintaining a high end and refined look. Holland partnered with Contemporary Office Interiors to select and coordinate all workstation and ancillary furniture.
